PICTURE OF THE DAY

Andy Warhol in front of Woodstock Tower on a windy day in the early '60s. He's probably on his way to visit Tina Fredericks, a close friend who lived in the Woodstock. Fredericks was the art director of Glamour magazine and credited with kickstarting Warhol's career in 1949 by commissioning some of his earliest commercial work.
