Tudor City Artifact: CAMERA CLUB STICKER

From out of the past, the artifact of the day comes from the Tudor City Camera Club: a sticker meant to be stuck on the backs of exhibited photos.

Looking east down 42nd St, the drawing captures Prospect Tower, the Tudor City sign and the Woodstock in all their glory. The sticker dates from around 1946, an era when community clubs thrived in Tudor City.
