Tudor City Artifact: 1942 BROCHURE

The Artifact of the Day is a 1942 brochure extolling the many benefits of living in Tudor City, a "completely self-contained residential colony" replete with "private parks radiant with sunshine," "professionally trim tennis courts," "delightful restaurants," "congenial neighbors," and "freedom from the hustle and bustle of the city." In short, "there just isn't any other place like Tudor City in all New York."
