The Fred French MONOGRAM

Our founder, Fred F. French, was the proud head of his titular company. When Tudor City was on the drawing boards, a monogram of French's initials was created and began to appear on advertising materials.

The busy design suggests music notes ‒ or maybe ocean waves.

The monogram appeared on common items found throughout the complex. Clockwise from upper left, a matchbook cover, sugar cube, coffee pot and dinner plate all get the FFF treatment.
